C.L.13 ↑Please for the mobile app, I'd like to be able to see the comments on questions. Also, I really want an Amazon gift card :)
Wizard of OQ ↑We are working our mightiest on improving the mobile app. It is such a P.I.A.Given the # of respondents thus far on this thread, u have a good chance of getting that Amazon gift card!
K.C.16 ↑For each question, it would be helpful to have a brief "Educational Objective" sentence at the bottom of the answer explanation that summarizes the high yield fact or concept for the question. This is what the UWorld Qbank has for the USMLE Step questions, and would be helpful especially for the very lengthy explanations.
H.L.6 ↑Please add new questions, ideally to reflect the changing composition of the OKAPs. For instance, I felt that the recent exam had more refractive surgery questions and different types of optics questions (i.e. not vergence) than previously. For questions testing a concept covered in BCSC, please consider providing the reference so one could easily review that section.
CorneaGuy ↑:-(:’(What about my gift card? Will nobody sympathize for fear the beard? I never win contests. I couldn’t even win Bingo in elementary school. C’est la vie!
N.S.11 ↑Classic OQ issue has been that certain topics are well-moderated/well-monitored while other topics have questions that have YEARS of comments under the question that have never been addressed. This really should be rectified.
ND53 ↑remove all "false" and "except" questions.for each of those old questions, replace with 3 new questions with only positive answers (would require coming up with a few new incorrect answers, preferably not exactly the same for each of the 3 new questions).remove answer designator (a, b, c, d) and replace with numbers (1, 2, 3, 4) to make it easier to select the answer on a keyboard.randomize answer order every time a test is generated, but still number them in displayed order (i.e. first answer is always 1 even though different tests may have a different answer listed first).on review (after answering the question), re-label and sort the answers alphabetically, with letters always associated with the same answer for every user so we can discuss.allow "correct" questions to be used again when making tests, rather than just new, incorrect, and marked.add comment up/down vote tracking, and option to highlight/hide comments that reach a user specified positive/negative threshold.android app.swipe sideways to navigate to previous/next question.change images after answer to highlight/mark pathology.make curated tests for specific pathologies, or create additional subcategories for each section so that associated questions can be reviewed together.
Jumbo_Umbo ↑It seems that i regularly find explanations that have been updated (thank you) to include discussion points from the comments make by previous OQ users. It may be helpful to have a "resolved" section for comments so that some of the comments that are addressed are put in a different category and do not need to be present years later.
