Discovery Channel App Login Issue

Tried logging into the Discovery Channel app using my TV provider credentials, but it keeps looping back to the login screen after I enter everything. The credentials are correct, so I’m not sure if this is an app glitch or a syncing issue. Has anyone had success fixing this without reinstalling the app?

Had some trouble accessing the Discovery Channel app recently—it accepted my provider info but kept sending me right back to the login page. After trying a few things on my own, I searched discovery channel customer service to find out what might be going on. A few folks mentioned that clearing the app cache or switching to a different device temporarily solved it. I tried logging in through my tablet instead of my smart TV, and it worked without any hiccups. Sometimes it just takes a different platform to get around those odd bugs.
